Our Services

Six modalities. One transparent price list.

Most patients only need one or two of the services below. We'll never recommend a treatment you don't need or sell you a package you can't escape from.

01 — Chiropractic

Spinal adjustments

Price
$25 per visit
Visit length
10–20 minutes
Best for
Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches

Hands-on spinal manipulation is the foundation of what we do — and at $25 per visit, it's how we've kept care affordable for thousands of local families across two decades.

Our doctors are trained across multiple adjustment techniques (Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator, Gonstead) and will match the approach to your body and comfort level. If hands-on adjustment isn't right for you, we'll use instrument-assisted methods.

  • Treats acute and chronic back/neck pain, sciatica, and tension headaches
  • Safe for newborns through seniors, pregnant patients, and athletes
  • No long-term contracts or pre-paid packages required
  • Same-day appointments available six days a week
02 — Recovery

Massage therapy

Price
$1 per minute
Session length
15 to 90 minutes
Best for
Muscle tension, recovery, stress relief

Therapeutic massage from licensed therapists, priced honestly: one dollar per minute. Pick the duration that fits your time and budget — 15 minutes for a quick neck-and-shoulders session, 90 for a full-body deep tissue.

No introductory rates that double on your second visit. No mandatory memberships. No pressure to upgrade.

  • Pairs naturally with chiropractic adjustments — many patients book both back-to-back
  • Available standalone for tension, stress, post-workout recovery, and chronic muscle pain
  • Multiple licensed therapists on staff to accommodate same-week scheduling

Spinal decompression

Price
Call for pricing · Often insurance-covered
Session length
20–30 minutes
Best for
Herniated discs, sciatica, chronic low back pain

Non-surgical spinal decompression is a gentle motorized traction therapy that creates negative pressure inside spinal discs — pulling herniated material back in, restoring disc height, and improving nutrient flow to damaged tissue.

For patients who haven't found lasting relief from adjustments alone, decompression is often where breakthroughs happen.

  • Most effective for herniated, bulging, or degenerated discs
  • Treatment plans typically span 4–8 weeks of regular sessions
  • Frequently covered by insurance — we'll verify before recommending
  • Painless and fully reclined — many patients fall asleep during sessions
04 — Advanced

Class IV laser therapy

Price
Starting at $25 per area
Session length
10–15 minutes
Best for
Soft-tissue injuries, joint pain, inflammation

Class IV laser uses focused infrared light to penetrate deep into soft tissue, accelerating cellular repair and reducing inflammation at the source rather than masking symptoms.

It's particularly effective for stubborn injuries that haven't responded to rest and adjustments alone — sprains, strains, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and post-surgical recovery.

  • Painless — most patients feel only a gentle warmth
  • Often combined with adjustments or dry needling for compounding effect
  • FDA-cleared for treatment of acute and chronic pain

Dry needling

Price
Starting at $30 per session
Session length
15–20 minutes
Best for
Trigger points, chronic muscle tension, mobility

Dry needling targets the trigger points and tight bands of muscle that adjustments alone can't always release. A thin filament needle is inserted directly into the dysfunctional tissue, prompting it to relax and reset.

Different from acupuncture: dry needling is a Western technique grounded in musculoskeletal anatomy, focused on specific muscles and pain referral patterns.

  • Excellent for chronic neck/shoulder tension, TMJ, and tension headaches
  • Often paired with laser or adjustments in the same visit
  • Mild post-treatment soreness is normal and resolves within 24 hours
06 — Holistic

Acupuncture & cupping

Price
Acupuncture $50 · Cupping $25
Session length
30–60 minutes
Best for
Pain, stress, sleep, recovery, energy

Traditional acupuncture and cupping therapies are offered by our licensed acupuncturist for patients looking to address pain, stress, sleep, and recovery from a different angle than Western medicine.

These modalities pair surprisingly well with our other services — many of our long-term patients combine acupuncture with monthly adjustments and massage as a complete wellness routine.

  • Acupuncture: 2,500+ years of clinical tradition, modernized and grounded in licensed practice
  • Cupping: localized suction therapy for muscle tension, fascia release, and circulation
  • First-time patients get a full consultation to map your goals to a treatment plan
