New patients

What to expect on your first visit.

No referral required. Most new patients are seen the same day they call. Here's exactly how it'll go, what to bring, and what it'll cost.

Four steps. About 45 minutes.

01
Paperwork
Arrive 10 minutes early or fill out new-patient forms online beforehand. Brief medical history, what's bothering you, and how to bill insurance.
02
Consultation
A doctor will sit down with you privately to discuss your symptoms, history, goals, and any concerns about chiropractic care. Honest answers, no upsell.
03
Examination
A focused physical exam — range of motion, posture, palpation, orthopedic and neurological tests as needed. We'll explain what we find and why it matters.
04
Treatment
If we believe we can help, we'll typically deliver your first adjustment in the same visit. If we can't help, we'll tell you and refer you to someone who can.

No surprises. Ever.

The first visit costs the same as any other visit: $25 for an adjustment, plus a small consultation fee for new-patient intake (typically billed to insurance when applicable).

We're in-network with most major insurance carriers and accept Medicare and Medicaid. If you're paying cash, our prices are listed clearly on our services page — what you see is what you pay.

Common questions, answered.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No. Chiropractors are primary care physicians, which means you can schedule directly with us without a physician referral. If your insurance plan requires one (uncommon but it happens), we'll let you know during scheduling.

How long is a typical visit?

After your first visit (about 45 minutes total), follow-up adjustments typically take 10–20 minutes from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you walk out. Our open-room layout is built for efficiency.

Can chiropractic care help my specific condition?

Chiropractic adjustments are most effective for back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, joint pain, and a range of soft-tissue and nerve-related conditions. Our doctors treat patients of all ages — newborns to seniors, pregnant patients, athletes, and people recovering from accidents.

If we don't believe chiropractic care is the right fit for what you're dealing with, we'll tell you directly and refer you to an appropriate specialist.

Will the adjustment hurt?

For most patients, no. You may hear or feel a "pop" or release as joints move — this is normal and usually feels like relief, not pain. Some patients experience mild post-adjustment soreness similar to after a workout, which resolves within 24 hours.

If you're nervous about hands-on adjustments, we have instrument-assisted alternatives that work without any forceful movement. Just tell us.

Is chiropractic safe for kids and pregnant patients?

Yes. We routinely treat newborns, children, and pregnant patients using gentle, low-force techniques specific to each population. Several of our doctors have advanced training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care.

How often will I need to come back?

It depends entirely on your condition and goals. For acute pain, treatment plans are usually short — a handful of visits over 2–4 weeks. For chronic conditions or wellness maintenance, patients often choose to come in monthly or as needed.

We will never pressure you into a long-term contract or pre-paid package. You decide how often you come back.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes for existing patients — walk in any time we're open and we'll fit you in.

For new patients, we strongly recommend scheduling ahead so we can dedicate proper time to your initial consultation. Same-day appointments are usually available — call (555) 010-0143 in the morning and we'll find you a slot.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best — athletic wear, leggings, or anything you can move in easily. Avoid stiff jeans or restrictive clothing. You'll stay fully clothed for adjustments.

Ready to book your first visit?

Same-day appointments available six days a week. We'll verify your insurance and walk you through what to expect when you call.
